Each Stride* Free Ride Grand Prize consists of a cash prize of $10,000 awarded in the form of a cheque made out to the contest winner. Total value of each Grand Prize is $10,000. Vespa Prizes: There are five (5) Vespa prizes available to be won. Entrants who are not selected as a Grand Prize winner are eligible to win one (1) Vespa Prize. Each “Vespa Prize” consists of one (1) 2009 Vespa LX50. Each Vespa will be delivered to the residence of the winner provided that his/her residence is within 200km of a Vespa dealership. If the residence of the winner is more than 200km away from a Vespa dealership, the winner must take delivery of his/her prize vehicle at the Vespa dealership closest to his/her residence. The winner will not have the opportunity to select the interior or exterior colour of the vehicle. Winner is responsible for all expenses which are not included in the prize description above, including, but not limited to: licensing, insurance, registration and all other costs associated with any upgrade or option packages winner may request and which Canadian Scooter Corp., at its sole discretion, is willing to provide. Winner should allow approximately 8-12 weeks for delivery once the factory order has been placed. The awarding of the vehicle as a prize may be conditional on the winner being in possession of a valid driver’s license in the Province/Territory within which they reside and holding a valid Canadian automobile insurance policy. Vehicle prize may not be exactly as shown in Contest publicity or promotional materials. Canadian Scooter Corp. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or greater value or of a different model year for any reason including, but not limited to: production delays caused by labour disruptions, part shortages, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events; end of model year availability; and for any other reasons.
