PRIZING:
Grand Prize:

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. Prize includes round trip economy air fare for the winner and three (3) guests departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner’s residence and onward to Toronto, Ontario (departure and destination airports, carrier and airline ticket class to be chosen by the Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion), including ground transportation for the winner and three (3) guests to and from the airport, two (2) nights deluxe hotel accommodations for four (4) (based on double occupancy), $200 in spending money per person ($800 in total), $200 dinner with Eva Avila (as her schedule permits), four (4) Eva Avila concert tickets as well as a personal limousine service for the winner and guests throughout their stay. Without limiting the foregoing, in the event that a winner’s residence is within driving distance of Toronto, that is, 100 km or less (in Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion), limousine transportation for the winner and guest to and from the winner’s place of residence and the hotel will be provided. Trip is expected to occur between the middle of January and the end of March 2009. Confirmed winner will be notified, providing concert schedule is available, of timing 4 weeks in advance of anticipated date of departure however winner must be prepared to travel on short notice. If the concert and/or dinner with Eva Avila is cancelled or postponed for any reason beyond Contest Sponsor’s control, Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to provide the remaining elements of the prize as described above. Winner and 3 guests must depart from the same departure point and must travel on same itinerary. In the event that the winner, or any of the guests, have not reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, the parent/legal guardian of that minor must travel with winner as one of the guests.

Total approximate value of the prize is $7600 CDN, based upon a Vancouver, BC departure, and Toronto, ON concert venue. Actual value may vary depending on the departure city and the mode of transportation as determined by the Contest Sponsors. Winner will not be entitled to the monetary difference, if any, between the actual Grand Prize value and the stated approximate value.

The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and none of its components may be transferred, delayed, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash or flight or other transportation credit or otherwise altered by the winner or guest. The Grand Prize does not (except as expressly stated) include any overnight accommodation or other expenses prior to the departure from or after return to the departure airport; additional transportation or accommodations; incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges, telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages); insurance (such as travel or health coverage); or any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or guests in relation to the Grand Prize.

The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event the Grand Prize described (or any portion thereof) is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, except as identified above, will be made. The Prizes may not be sold, transferred or assigned and are not convertible to cash.

Secondary Prizes: There will be nine (9) Secondary Prizes awarded, each consisting of one (1) SONY 16GB Video MP3 Walkman (model #NWZA829B), approximate retail value of $319 CDN each. (Actual model # may change but will be of equal or greater value). One prize will be awarded weekly during the 9 weeks of the promotion.

Third Prizes: There will be twenty (20) Third Prizes awarded; each consisting of one (1) $129.00 CDN Sony BMG Music Pass Card to be used for on-line music or video downloads.
